How will my large artwork be shipped to me?

I work very hard to ensure both sides of the painting are protected safely by inserting cardboard slats on either side of the canvas. This avoids the painting being removed from the wodeen bars and being to be re-stretched and reassembled later.
What are the shipping options?

Ro.osabella able to offers quick and safe delivery through canada post. There are two options available Regular parcel mail: -3 business days -20$ Xpresspost -1 business day -30$ Item will be shipped 1-2 days after payment has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. *Free Regular parcel mail shipping on orders over 250$*
Returns?

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
Do you ship overseas

Yes, I do. I ship worldwide. Please allow 3-6 weeks for international orders to arrive. There may be additional shipping cost based on location and dimensions of the the artwork(s) purchased.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We at Ro.osabella take great care in the packaging of our canvases, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail send us a picture of the damaged product and after assessing the claim a refund will be processed immediately. We will also replace the item if you prefer.
What type of materials do you use and how do you finish your paintings?

Most of my work is created using acrylic and water based media. I occasionally include oil pastels, oil paints, and other mixed media as a part of my process. Canvas originals are varnished (a liquid sealant) to protect your painting from dust and light.
How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. Is there a way I can preview what a painting would look like in my house?

Yes! I know how important seeing a painting in your space is. Simply email Ro.osabellaDesigns@gmail.com a picture of your blank wall. Be sure to capture it with bright and even lighting. I will then place the painting on your wall digitally and send it back for you to check out.
Do you work with interior designers?
