What are the shipping options?

Ro.osabella able to offers quick and safe delivery through canada post. 
There are two options available

Regular parcel mail: -3 business days -5

Xpresspost -1 business day -15$

Item will be shipped 1-2 days after payment has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.

*Free Regular parcel mail shipping on orders over 150$*

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We at Ro.osabella take great care in the packaging of our canvases, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail send us a picture of the damaged product and after assessing the claim  a refund will be processed immediately. We will also replace the item if you prefer.

Yes, I do. I ship worldwide. Please allow 3-6 weeks for international orders to arrive. There may be additional shipping cost based on location and dimensions of the the artwork(s) purchased.

Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
